The DySE™ view.pl script has been updated. Revisions since v5.05.31 include:

• New Feature: Server-Side-Include (SSI) supported.
• Improvement: Redirects to moved webpages.
• Improvement: Redirection uses "Permanently moved" status.
• More (see full details: revisions history).

If you are using any of our DySE:: scripts, we recommend that you upgrade view.pl, but upgrading to this version is optional at this time.

Download DySE::view v5.06.22 from www.c3scripts.com/dyse/release

Upgrade instructions: Replace view.pl with this one.

Dynamic Store Engine viewer

The DySE™ .htaccess mod_rewrite file (for Products at Main Directory) has been updated.

Who should read this: If you have the DySE store at the / main directory and also have real sub-directories (e.g.: /webalizer/web/), then view.pl considers the real sub-directories to be part of the store and thus the real sub-directories are inaccessible and view.pl redirects to the store's home page.

You can modify your .htaccess file to make your real sub-directories accessible.

Note: If you have the store in a sub-directory (e.g.: /shop) or you do not have any real sub-directories, then the modification to .htaccess is not required.

The modified .htaccess file (for Products at Main Directory) is shown below. Add the two lines hilighted in yellow.

Amazon store

The latest beta version of Associate Engine is available. Revisions since v5.03.31 include:

• Fix: Best sellers grids appear again.
• Fix: {includeASIN} works.
• Improvement: Default search now says "Top Selling Books".

The Affiliate Summit 2005 conference took place June 13-14, 2005 in Las Vegas. Over 500 people attended this conference all about online affiliate marketing.
